Our team has represented clients in numerous domestic arbitrations under the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago) and in ad hoc arbitrations.
We have participated in the largest cases in Chile in recent years. We have extensive experience in disputes involving energy, mining, construction, as well as services such as transportation, the financial sector, and international franchises.

Andres Jana has also advised the Chilean government on the negotiation of the investment chapters of several of its free trade agreements (FT As), including the FTA with the United States and the European Union.
Before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), we have been part of Chile’s defense in the maritime dispute with Peru. We also participated in Chile’s defense in the lawsuit filed by Bolivia for an alleged obligation to negotiate sovereign access to the Pacific Ocean, and we are currently part of the Chilean team in the Silala River case against Bolivia.
