Before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), we have been part of Chile’s defense in the maritime dispute with Peru. We also participated in Chile’s defense in the lawsuit filed by Bolivia for an alleged obligation to negotiate sovereign access to the Pacific Ocean, and we are currently part of the Chilean team in the Silala River case against Bolivia.
